CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of orders made through the website is not permitted. Cancellation of per-orders made through the site is also not permitted. In such cases, Nutriox Distribution, reserves the right to continue with the transaction as purchases were made with the confirmation of the client. All products are non-refundable. Refund requests are subject to the discretion of Nutriox Distribution and written consent must be given with sufficient information provided by the client for a case to be developed for allowance of the refund.
