SAW SUPER AGGRESSIVE WORKOUT contains a complex of beta-alanine, caffeine, L-arginine and creatine. The recommended daily allowance is 10 g (2 scoops). HOW TO USE: Dissolve 5 or 10 g (1 or 2 scoops) in 200 ml of water using a shaker. The product should be used for 30 minutes. before planned training. The use should start with 5 g (1 scoop), if necessary, increase the intake up to 10 g (2 scoops). Avoid combining with other products containing caffeine! Warning! Do not use before bedtime!
Use 30 min. before planned exercise.
Warning: This product has a high caffeine content which will cause a strong stimulating effect. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime!
